The place has reopened after a short closure for renovation. I enjoy the new look, yet still having a welcoming presence. Food was good as usual, I come here for he Phad Krapow (in my specific case I got the Lava Egg Krapow, Spicy). Love it, the rice was well cooked, firm and glistened with the lovely lava egg omelette atop it and circled with lashings of friend minced chicken. Also ordered their Popeye Tempura (Water Spinach celup tepung for you and me regular folks, Lol!). Sedap as usual, albeit slightly oily (it was fried after all.). Service team Mr Robel, Ms Sarah, and Ms Ikin were all lovely and welcoming, going over the meal options and making sure my order was all good. FnB service is often a thankless job, but I can tell these 3 enjoy what they do. :) All in all, a welcome return to IOI City Mall. I missed them when they closed for renovation.

Hmmm seems like the portion is getting smaller and smaller, the menu has changed too. Now only 2 selection of noodle bowl I remember it was at least 4..? The Pad Kraw Pow is abit lower than expectation. The amount of minced meat is quite little. I went for the basic chicken variant, to be honest, nothing special about it. It tastes the same as rm12 that you may get anywhere in any regular thai restaurant, but this sells for rm19.90! Sangkaya, the bread is not hot enough. Rm9.50 for this Kaya is not sweet enough to me, my gf says it is ok tho. Personally i think it is definitely not worth the price. Staff is friendly, environment is clean too. May not a returning customer It is below my expectation, so yeah 4/5.

Service a bit slow, not sure how they will handle a really pack lunch crowd. I think they have change the menu compared to my last visit … a bit more like a cafe and a bit confusing with the boat noddle selection

Food was okay. Despite it being crowded when i went (they told me it was going to take a while), the food still arrived quite fast. Service was amazing. My waiter, Guraf, noticed we didn’t have enough chopsticks and brought more without us asking. Amazing and friendly guy 10/10 service.
